OUR PROCESS
A process driven approach to making great coffee
Collect
Hand picked and carefully selected by farmers that supplies us, cherries are carefully transported by the reliable and steady hands of our boda boda riders to the factory
Fermentation
After careful selection of only the best cherries we place them in vessels and inoculated with the relevant culture for fermentation under precise temperature, pressure and agitation and time parameters
Dry
Drying is old school and relies on the age old time tested raised African bed. Our coffee enjoy the warm sun and fresh breeze of Kericho highlands
